Despite a number of setbacks with the weather, our Evesham House build is now fully up and running and practical completion is set for October 2020. Our showflat will be available to view by the end of August. See below for a number of CGIs we had created to show the intended finish and will continue to post updates now things are progressing rapidly on site.
We are proud to release house one of two at our site on the Kingswood Estate in Tadworth. After a short delay caused by Britain's weather earlier on this year, the house is now on the market via Richard Saunders Estate Agents based in Kingswood.

Today marked the practical completion of our Warehouse Development in Hainault, near Romford.
We started with 3 piecemeal units that were built just after World War II and two smaller units also in need of modernisation, knocked them down and replaced them with 10 new Units measuring between 3000 and 6000 square feet.
The finished warehouses, which have been retained by Snowbird are currently to Let and marketed with Kemsley LLP who manage the rest of the Estate.
Screwfix, our first tenant, is in the process of fitting out their two Units and we have one more reserved so it wont be long until we are back to a fully tenanted Estate!

Groundworks are complete, and the nice new hoarding is up at our site in Richmond. The 4 town houses will be ready in Q4 of this year. Keep an eye on the News Section for more information and progress updates!
The demolition contractors started at Alexandra Road on the 2nd November. After some stripping out, the back and sides of the building were removed and we now have a clear site ready for the main contractor to take control. Thanks to McKenna Demolition for another great service.
Things are really taking shape at our Kingswood Site. The builders are currently ahead of schedule and both houses are now watertight. Windows are to be delivered early December and in their anticipation, the scaffolding has been removed from Burnview.
