Our warehouse development reaches Practical Completion
Today marked the practical completion of our Warehouse Development in Hainault, near Romford.
We started with 3 piecemeal units that were built just after World War II and two smaller units also in need of modernisation, knocked them down and replaced them with 10 new Units measuring between 3000 and 6000 square feet.
The finished warehouses, which have been retained by Snowbird are currently to Let and marketed with Kemsley LLP who manage the rest of the Estate.
Screwfix, our first tenant, is in the process of fitting out their two Units and we have one more reserved so it wont be long until we are back to a fully tenanted Estate!
